What does a resilient mindset mean and look like?

Believing in yourself is a crucial part of a resilient mindset.

How do we do this?

6 ways to do this:

1. Routines – routines are repetitive thoughts and behaviors which show acts of self-care. Acts of self- care consistently leads to self worth, strengthening our mind.
2. Why statement- mantras/affirmations

“I got this!” “Game time” “let’s do this” are mine

3. Be resourceful – Educate yourself/invest in yourself if something comes up that’s a challenge/ ask for help, hire the person, go see a specialist
4. Embracing “The set backs” with open arms- they help you learn -Know on those challenging days or moments that your learning and learning leads to success
5. Saying NO when something doesn’t feel good – if it makes you stomach flip, your heart race when you hear it, respectfully decline which validates and shows the universe your on the right path
6. Celebrate your wins – focusing on how far you’ve come let’s your mind know it’s created that pathway to keep walking down!
